I’m learning a lot through this process. Do you know what the hard parts of this program end up being? The conversations you have with people who don’t understand what you’re trying to do.
Anyway, we’re on day 24 of #75hard now. We started over because of a missed task. The task wasn’t the water intake, wasn’t the workouts, wasn’t alcohol. It was a missed progress photo.
If you don’t know what #75hard is. The daily standards are:
No cheat meals no alcohol
2 45 minute workouts a day (3 hours apart, 1 outside)
A progress picture
1 gallon
Read 10 pages of a book
If you mess one up you have to start over day 1
One day.
That’s all you have to put effort and focus into is just today! We all overwhelm ourselves with these long term plans, or think we can do something forever. Na, you just have to do it today. And when tomorrow becomes today you worry about it then and chop away.

You know what I realized? I’m working about 65 hours a week in my business, that doesn’t include the time spent on the business, and this is probably the most consistent and intentional I’ve been with my workouts as well. I really think one has to do with the other.
I tell clients all the time deadlift a pillow the same way you would deadlift a heavy load… the same applies for life’s hurdles. prepare for the big shit in life and the small shit wont seem as bad!
