@YellowWingss There's so many great vegan plant-based milks available!! Soy, almond, cashew, hemp, oat, etc.
Most of them are fortified too (definitely check out the nutrition labels), which makes them a great source of lots of essential nutrients (B12, iron, calcium, etc.)
