Smoked onions & white sugar, blitzed, added to a duck egg yolk rich béchamel. Pasta made with duck eggs - then filled with the onion mixture - served with a coconut and saffron sauce with smoked pork belly and heaps of Parmigiano Reggiano & chestnut mushrooms. #bologna#pasta
