I was randomly locked out of my account last week and it's not clear if there is any way to unlock it after reading about others with the same issue. So, I guess it's time for a meatballs redux.
*STOLEN CARD IN SHIPPING*, please help find! @CardPurchaser I bought this card on March 7 and sold on May 5th.. stolen on the way to eBay authentication and never reached it. Keep an eye out to help bring it home to me!

CU/PSA gets a BIG WIN in Jackson v. CU/PSA (the case about the alleged damage to a Kobe Bryant rookie refractor while in PSA's possession).
For the TLDR - last week, the court ordered the plaintiff to pay $718,701.75 in attorneys' fees.
YIKES
Let's live read this guy!
Most collectors look at the grade.
We look at the history.

Interesting video this morning from simon466cards about how Fanatics is further extending its tentacles within the hobby via an obscured partnership with Cards HQ.

A couple threads on the same topic (mail theft), I thought were worth a share.
Net54 thread, discussing a mail carrier sharing the address of a house, based on the delivery of a PSA magazine.

Looks like MBA (Mike Baker Authenticated) is now slabbing cards.
I would stay far away from these.
If you see an MBA slab with a "Minimum Size" designation that's fancy talk for being trimmed.
Mike Baker was one of PSA's earliest graders. He was right there when the famous trimmed 1909-11 T206 Honus Wagner got graded an 8.
Brent Huigens, formally of PWCC, now works for MBA. Mike Baker and Brent Huigens have been buddies for years moving one trimmed card after another.

Outside of slabbing cards, MBA also slaps their stupid little stickers on cards graded by other companies. Basically grading a graded card.
If you have two copies of the same card both graded a PSA 10. The one with an MBA sticker should NOT be worth more.
MBA is a total garbage dump of a company.
Don't have access to the full article (@BenMBurrows?) but this article mentions the Braves will be receiving the disputed Hank Aaron bases.

@HobbyHero_Bros There were reports of fakes using this cert for several years: https://t.co/k2o7iKyjEn
One of the last times the slab surfaced, there was damage to the back of the card not present here: https://t.co/YGFrkOKyyz

As the previous examples all received positive feedback (buyers haven't noticed the issues), thought I would highlight another of these fake GAI slabs listed through @ebay, via probstein.

JUST IN: PSA source tells me the company received a single-day record of ~450,000 card submissions on Thursday.
Yesterday PSA announced plans to temporarily pause its value service tiers on June 2 so it can cut into a nearly 10 million card backlog.
The foremost expert on Ripken minor league cards tells me that this one, graded by @PSAcard and currently over $12,000 via 4 Sharp Corners on @eBay, is a counterfeit.
The white border is too perfect, and the O’s logo is too orange, he says.
