Congratulations to the Meath Senior Football Team on their victory in the NFL Div. 2 Final against Cork today.
A special word of thanks and congratulations to Captain Eoghan Frayne and Manager Robbie Brennan for their outstanding leadership and commitment throughout the campaign.
This is a proud moment for Meath GAA.
Well done to all players and team officials.

Jordan Morris was in electric form on Saturday evening against Kildare, finishing with 1-05, with his first half goal pushing Meath into a six point lead after eleven minutes.
The anticipation of the flick on from Aaron Lynch, the reaction when the ball spilled loose and the finish to the net despite the despairing attempted block by the Kildare defender.
All superbly captured by Visual MX Photography.

Seamus Lavin turned in a typically impressive performance at corner back as Meath overcame Derry in the opening round of the Allianz Football League this evening.
After the game, we caught up with the St. Peter’s Dunboyne clubman to get his thoughts on the victory.

In what is going to be a very tight division, every point gained will be crucial and Robbie Brennan was a contented man when we caught up with him under the stand after our Allianz Football League Division 2 Round 1 win over Derry.
Check out his post match thoughts and apologies for the poor audio on the questions (microphone malfunction).

Last October Ronan Ryan raised the Keegan Cup for @SummerhillGFC as they claimed glory in the Fairyhouse Steel Senior Football Championship.
Who will be the captain raising the famous trophy this year and making the acceptance speech that all captains would love the honour of making?
