Lee Tiernan of @fkablackaxemangal and Pat Martin of @martinsbbq brought the fire to SWG3 Glasgow in 2025 with some bangin' open pit cooked chicken served up with Alabama white sauce & FKABAM pickles.
Hamish McNeill from Edinburgh's favourite @eleanore_leithwalk brought the works to SWG3 last year with his BBQ duck, strawberry hoisin, cucumber, duck fat muffin. A memorable one to say the least.
Bringing the smoky @jamesonuk Black Barrrel goodness to the grill, John-Ross Patrick’s and the gang from @stlukesglasgow's dish was a winner in Glasgow last year. Smoked tri tip, Jameson Black Barrel & mocha coffee rub with pico delgallo and corn elote-salad. Say less.
When the sun goes down the grills keep firing, the music gets louder and the party gets better...

One of Glasgow 2025's dynamic duos. Elliot Cunningham of open-fire concept @eatlagom & Nick Watkins from @elperronegroedi brought to SWG3 their Grilled chicken with a chicken fat enriched gochujang glaze with a rice wine vinegar slaw. Spicy, saucy, juicy goodness.
