@TravelRepublic booked a sea view and side sea view rooms. No confirmation after 48 hours. Still on pending. Disappointed. We should be excited but instead we're stressed. Probably bookings been messed up. No communication at all.

@Europcar_UK last Friday I received a noisy diesel car covered in dents and scratches. Alloys were scuffed. On Monday I complained. So they said in 3 days change the car. Yesterday they said tomorrow morning we will switch cars. Today I waited all day no one called. Poor service

@SamsungHelpUK we bought an expensive TV. You have taken my money but not delivered the TV. I call your Support team they give false delivery dates. I asked to speak to the manager. He was too busy. So I got fobbed off. Delivery date was 30 aug. Next false date 30 Sep....

@virginmedia my V6 box has been deactivated. I've been waiting on the phone for 46min listening to music. It's such a shame they have the only fast broadband. I'd switch if anyone could give me fast broadband.
