In a schedule that alternates coverage between several team members, residents always have to cover holidays because we can't say no..... 🤬

It's that time of year where I'm reminded that I have, engrained in my memory, every time someone complemented how thin I was and subsequently asked how I did it.

30+ishhhhhh lbs later and I still struggle with the body in the mirror but I am thankful for the relationship I have with food and exercise now and hope one day I'll feel similarly happy about the body I'm in.
