This was built by one of our student teams.
A drag and drop visual planner for robotic workflows where users can arrange actions like PICK, MOVE, WAIT, and LOOP into structured task sequences.
Each step can be configured with parameters like position, timing, and force, and the system visualizes the full sequence in real time.
What this really shows is the thinking behind the product:
Breaking down complex robotic logic into something simple, visual, and usable.
A few weeks ago, this was just an idea.
Now it’s a working system.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for MechSketch today.
Demo Day was an amazing experience for us, and we’re grateful for the support, time, and feedback.
This is just the beginning ✨
We’ve been building MechSketch, a visual way to design and simulate robot workflows.
You can structure tasks and watch them play out step by step.
We’re going live tomorrow with @devanddesignhq
Come through and see it in action 🚀

TEAM 5
Team 5 designed and built a drag-and-drop visual planner where users build robot task sequences from a library of action blocks:
- PICK
- PLACE
- MOVE TO
- WAIT
- ROTATE
- GRIP
- RELEASE
- SENSE
- LOOP
Users chain blocks together, set parameters for each (coordinates, duration, force), and see a step-by-step visualization of the planned sequence.
The output is a structured task plan that can be handed to a robotics programmer.
Below is a demo
3 days to go!
We’ll be showing a new way to design and simulate robot workflows.
Join us this Friday for Demo Day with @devanddesignhq#DemoDay#Robotics
In our ongoing UI UX Design Bootcamp
We have a team of students designing and building a Robotics platform
A platform where you can create Robotics simulation.
A Figma for Robotics
They are not only designing
They are building
In our UI UX Design Bootcamp
We are graduating startups now.
Startups with live products
The days of graduating students with a Figma prototype and PNG files are over.
Design & ship that product into the market
Demo Day is set.
This Friday, May 1st with @devanddesignhq
We’ll be showcasing a visual way to design and simulate robot workflows.
Come see what we’ve been building

Pick • Place • Rotate • Weld
Create task sequences and watch them come to life in simulation.
Design, test, and iterate in one workspace.
Coming soon 🚀
