Fascinating: Seat Reservations that cost extra. But the airline cannot fulfill the seat the sell. TK: Issue a refund before you board the plane. @Lufthansa: Nobody feels responsible. Gate: "We cant do anything." Servicecounter: "Please send eMail". eMail: No response for weeks.
