The audacity of one of your ward managers — kicking the doctors out of the doctors' office for admin staff, telling them to sit in the staff room, and now putting them in a literal storage cupboard ☠️☠️

⭕️ How do you expect your doctors to do their job with no phones, proper computers, or desks?

⭕️ This is not just a sporadic case; it is systematic bullying and humbling of doctors.

As a new FY1, having just certified my very first death - on a very, very, long night shift - I made myself a cup of NHS tea.

The nurse in charge subsequently threatened me with disciplinary action for ‘stealing’.

As a new ICU Registrar in Aus, I was asked for my address - so the hospital could send me a thank you hamper.

The NHS is terrible employer.
