@kizzythechemist @ProfRachelGaN Also, when I went into my viva... I just apologised and said that I realised after submission that there was an issue with my references, but that I'll fix it in my final version

It wasn't an issue, it counted at one correction and everybody was very reasonable about it.

Top tip - when you submit your corrections, unlink the zotero references when you finish fiddling with them and before you convert to .pdf

Could you increase spaces for scooter parking at the top of St Michael’s Hill (Bristol) back to how many there were when Voi had the contract? There are about 15-20 less. It is completely impossible to park, making me late for work every day this week.

After 6 years of hard work, balancing a full time job and a masters degree with my PhD, I submitted my thesis in July

I'm very proud to say that I also passed my viva 2 weeks ago with some minor corrections

It's been the most challenging experience of my life but I am so proud!

Can't believe I've managed to finish despite working full time, and also doing another masters degree!

@aliciaandrz By doing a job, I mean I'm on one of the most competitive programmes in my field and getting a masters degree from a top university

@aliciaandrz I am! I went to Hull Uni (in the UK) which isn't high on the league tables, and knows its a back up uni... but I'm now doing a job with people who went to Oxbridge and Russell Group (UK equivalent to Ivy League) unis.

Doesn't matter how you got there, you're there now!

Thinking some retraining on food hygiene and cross contamination is needed for the staff at the Bristol Union Street branch.

Is it acceptable to use a dirty knife to slice the subway, which has then got god knows what all over mine?!

V dangerous with allergies.
