Life continues to throw challenges.
On top of my new Myositis Diagnosis I have lost 95% vision in my left eye due to major cataract requiring surgery.
The out of pocket costs continue.
We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, sharing.
God bless xx

I’ve been a bit quiet lately with blogging and posting, and I’ve been struggling to be active as a patient advocate for chronic and complex illness.
Why?

In my new podcast episode I review my favourite YouTube travel vloggers: @TheBuddymoon.
I also talk honestly about being so exhausted from my pain & disease, how I'm dealing with it, & letting you know it's ok to say if you feel the same way. Love, Sam ❤️

There’s no step-by-step method for activating God’s grace. God’s grace is a free gift offered by a loving Father to his precious children. However, we do play a role in positioning ourselves to receive God’s grace. #LeanIntoGrace… https://t.co/SMwxd7jSw2 via @StaceyPardoe
Since 2017, I have written over 340 blog posts. So for 2024 I'm going to re-blog the most popular blogs over the years.
This one was written in January last year, and the topic is a good one for starting off a New Year. I hope you enjoy xx

We are overwhelmed at how a " virtual village " of caring people can have so much impact on the lives of those in its circle. Thank you ♥️

“It Takes a Village” is such a familiar phrase for most of us, isn’t it.
What does it really mean, though? I hazard a guess that its meaning is slightly different for all of us depending on our circumstances and the people in our lives.
