I use to do free service, give you IM, medication, bath your neonate and clean your CS scar, dress your wound, you name it, all you need to do was bring your stuffs.

Until I did free ear wash for someone (the procedure was already prescribed with drugs too in a hospital.

The same day I did that earwash, I went to the woman to buy indomie and was 50 naira short to buy egg of 250 and she refused to give me saying the 50 naira is her gain.

Since that day, even if it's just a simple question they ask in my area, before I open my mouth, money will drop in my Opay, it's my gain.

Every patient deserves continuity of care, but this is difficult when lab results, prescriptions, follow-ups, and clinical notes are buried across WhatsApp conversations and scattered records.

Doctors should spend less time searching and more time caring.
