@bushido_code True, I am no expert yet I can see the irregularities. why doesnt the HC see it and the reason to deny n experts opinion as well as show me my own booklet is beyond my understanding. justice is whn the petition is heard and proved n not held in secret affairs. isnt it ?

this begs the question as to how can Exhibit B & C have so many similarities when they were written in different dates whereas Exhibit A & B are different when written on same date.
Also,I received Exhibit A and C on March which negates the idea of copying either exibits.

Exhibit A is the roll number written on my GS3 booklet on 9th July 2023
Exhibit B is the roll number written on my letter to the SPIO on 18th February 2023 ( after the marksheets were released )
Exhibit C is the number written on the attendence list on 9th July 2023.

@ProtonReluctant Yes, this is astoundingly similar to my situation. I will forward this as well. Also, My hearing is Tomorrow. Lets see how it goes.

@ProtonReluctant @SinghReetam @FightApsc @himantabiswa @CMOfficeAssam It's still waiting for a hearing since November. I have filed another affidavit last month before the break, Hopefully it gets through this week once the court reopens.

@yuviie @ProtonReluctant @FightApsc I believe One of my paper was manipulated and I have put forward a case wrt CCE2022. I am quite confident that there can be other papers whose fate suffered the same. I hope you go to the end of this. Should it be a scam, there must be an end to it.

@yuviie @ProtonReluctant @FightApsc Hi, you should state your issue in the RTI and request the first page, the answerbooklet and the page where your marks has been stated.
I'm quite confident they will put a SC case and state that they will not be able to furnish it. But I hope you get it.

You can file an RTI online or put an application of the same in the APSC building.
I did the latter. Where I put my exam details and a column requesting the information to be sent.
The RTI is sent back via email within a month.
I think you should do it ASAP.
