@Ticketek_AU very disappointed in your customer service. My refund request (3324321) has been there for ages and there's no way I get can in contact with you. Support phone number isn't working and you're not replying to my follow-ups. Where's my money?

@Ticketek_AU How about you give me my money back? My refund request 3324321 has been open for ages. If I try to call your customer support number an IVR kicks off straight away saying that your "operators are currently assisting other customers" and to use the online forms. Looks like a SCAM.

@againstgrmrs I'm trying to support you guys and buy the book but

1) It doesn't seem to be available in Amazon Australia
2) If I try to buy the book from your website the cost is $43AUD (absolutely no issues with that) but shipping is $52AUD which doesn't sound right..

anything you can do?
