That's from Rocky Vaz, director of the City of Dallas' Office of Emergency Management.
Dallas City Auditor Mark Swann demonstrates leadership by putting the interests of taxpayers ahead of his own. These sacrifices aren’t easy, but I am pleased one of our council-appointed officers understands that our residents are hurting and that their needs come first.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
