@NatDoughty @skepsismusic_uk@CO_1ATR Not disagreeing with you that there isn’t that element that still remains. I know many servicemen that would love a queue jump to teach this prick a lesson. He shouldn’t be wearing that uniform
@skepsismusic_uk Not saying he’s the only example and it isn’t there at all. Unfortunately it’s still there in too many walks of life and upsetting that we still all can’t just be humans together. My hometown is getting better but behind the curve for 2021
@skepsismusic_uk Only a back peddle lacking sincerity now he got lit up. Coming from a military background it’s massively disappointing to see ignorant cunts disrespecting the many cultures, colours, and backgrounds who’ve served together and don’t say shit like that
@DJBarelyLegal Multi genre is the best tool in your bag. It’s allowed me to play for different brands and play outside the box. Prefer watching someone drop a curveball and keep people guessing in the right way
@jessbaysdj I’d be open to the idea. Coming from a family background of mostly mental health professionals who I could have talked to but felt I couldn’t was a struggle. A fellow DJ who works in mental health and I have been chatting about doing something similar so let’s all chat maybe?
@therealrobertb3@pleasuresleep@I_Skream If your following have respect for an artist by the same name that had their ability to earn a living/perform taken away from them because of Covid, surely you must feel some empathy. Just because you haven’t heard of someone doesn’t mean they’re not respected in their genre
@DJPhatKeith @djdannyk23@SimonDunmore Guessing I’m not alone in finding it a shame when a promo arrives with a known vocal thrown on top and their instrumental too that they’ve had to add it for appeal and their own track underneath is a banger in its own right but probably would go unheard without the known hook
@DJPhatKeith @djdannyk23@SimonDunmore The first artist or two using a classic vocal well is fine, and when someone has breathed new life into a classic, and done it justice all good. When the same 5 vocals are chucked over every other release in a year as an easy sell it gets old fast
@SimonDunmore I’ve found listening to promos I get where the artist has dropped a well known classic vocal. maybe because they do it thinking it will be familiar and appeal to the masses. Some have included the instrumental and I’ve loved it thinking it’s a shame they’ve not released just that
First time checking out @PirateStudiosUK in #norwich tonight with c_total_dj and this is so good for bands and DJs. Check it out! #studio#session#music#piratestudios @ Pirate Studios https://t.co/hzyu5mRiTm
