Some lovely feedback already received from @ThamesVP on the Conflict Coaching Training we've run for them this week, “Thoroughly enjoyed the training course and can’t wait to put everything into practice in the future.”
Very lovely indeed. Thank You.

What a great 2 days spent training some of Thames Valley Police HR team on the benefits of conflict coaching and how it can be used to minimise friction within the organisation.
Building on a fabulous partnership.

A day of knowledge sharing with @RothschildFnd .
As our invite suggested we “Met, Learnt and Ate” whilst discussing how we could better use both our own data and that of other voluntary organisations across the county.
Collaboration not competition underpinned the day.
Thank you to the continued support from Heart of Bucks. Their work and funding has enabled us in our ongoing work with those in conflict across Buckinghamshire.

Great day yesterday at Buckinghamshire New University further strengthening our ties. Lots of interest for volunteers and meetings with the mental health team and students union. Great working with another amazing in organisation High Wycombe.

A huge thanks to Slough Borough Council Neighbourhood Teams who joined us on the team training event. A great day with our new partners, looking forward to working together to reduce conflict and disputes.
Get those referrals coming in. We are here to help.

Last week, we had a fantastic event at Buckinghamshire New University. We chatted to students about our work and let them know about the joys and benefits of volunteering with us. It was great to see all the enthusiasm and interest!

We are thrilled to be supported by the Charles Hayward Foundation in our Room to Talk project. This has enabled our continued support of children, young people and their families struggling with conflict and discord across the Thames Valley. #conflict#roomtotalk#mediation.
We're pleased to welcome Kayode Olatuyi to our office team here at Mediation Bucks bringing with him loads of experience. He's already been volunteering with us for 2 years, successfully working on a huge number of cases with fab results even winning best newcomer 2023 at our AGM
Our annual Christmas gathering. A good evening catching up with colleagues over a carvery or two, even the odd sprout for the more adventurous among us.
Great to meet the “Class of 2023” intake all together in the same room.
A fabulous day honing our already marvellous mediator skills and sharpening our corking conflict support talents.
An excellent opportunity to chat, get to know each other and share experiences.
Roll on 2024
Still recovering from a packed 2 days training with the wonderful Emma and Mark.
We learnt the intricate art of conflict support and got to put it into practice with brilliant role plays that we were fully immersed in by Day 2.
Great to meet all our fab new volunteers.
