You can always relapse. Many think they're better and drop the treatment. That wont work. You must stick with it for life unfortunately

@AI_EmeraldApple @MaledictusPlaga To be fair, they can get help. I have BPD and I can't deny it used to be awful, but I did seek help. Eventually, I went to a therapist and now am also on medication for several years and have improved significantly. It all depends on if the individual is willing to seek help.
