Many Banyarwanda ( who are actually Ugandans and not Rwandan) have failed to bear true allegiance to Uganda but rather continue to live in the illusion of Rwandese nationalism. Have you seen the Sudanic Madi claim allegiance to South Sudan instead of Uganda?

🏥 🩺 I am a member of the medical board.
We actually speed up worth referrals. We often question those that have no merit or that want to go for services which are available in the country yet all expenses abroad including per diem would be borne by the tax payer!
