Aiming for 10,000 steps?
It turns out 7,000 could be enough
Compared to adults who walked less than 7,000 steps per day on average, those who reached between 7,000 and 9,999 steps per day had a 60% to 70% lower risk of early death from any cause.

Kindness matters, in a time that feels uncertain and overwhelming I continue to be amazed at what my wonderful team achieves and their ability to continually go above and beyond! Care packages to say ‘thanks’ to my @NSW aci team! #kindness#team#KindnessMatters
I welcome today's announcement but remind those aged 18-39 that the AstraZeneca vaccine is currently available to them. I encourage younger people to consult with their GP and consider getting the AZ jab now rather than waiting for a #Pfizer vaccine post 30 August #COVID19
Let’s not forget Flu vaccinations also happening in GP land.
The volume of work that Primary care gets through is outstanding.
GPs are the backbone of specialist medical care in the community.
Day after day, year after year.
👏👏👏
In NSW, 62 people are in intensive care with COVID-19. 29 need ventilation. Three are in their 20s. Seven are in their 30s, with another six in their 40s. This Delta variant is hitting young people. Take it seriously and consult with your GP about an AstraZeneca jab #COVID19nsw
@HelenKKulas@PeterWark1710 Such a pleasure and thank you for your support and very kind words Helen. We’re glad that we were able to make your vaccine experience as pleasant as possible. Warm regards, Jas
@PeterWark1710 I had a simple discussion with my GP and respiratory specialist. Risk of waiting for Pfizer and remaining unvaccinated higher than risks of AZ in current context of outbreak. First dose of AZ done! 👍🏻👏🏻
Thanks @MedicalRosedale
