At home with Covid for a few days now. I’ve had a real roller coaster of symptoms but the worst is how tired I am. I’m absolutely exhausted and trying to think hard about anything causes a headache which makes my eyes water. This stuff is horrible.

Had a tiring day today! But had such a sweet moment. A little girl in our yr1 class didn’t want to go out to do a science activity because it was cold. She was wearing cat ears so I rearranged them for her so they looked different and told her she was an outdoor cat. It worked.

Had a lovely moment today - one of the class had done sweet drawings for all of the grown ups in the classroom. It was very sweet and made my day.

Just on a break but I’m on my second official day as an ITT student. So far I’ve painted murals, laminated and learned. It’s all very exciting and I think I’m already in love. #TeacherTraining #BackToSchool

Spent two days in school This week as classrooms were being set up. First time I’ve worked in six months. I am still exhausted 😴 I mostly laminated, cut and painted signs. Meeting people sure takes it out of you.
