@greg_price11 Not true. At all. Ive been in property management for a long time. None of this is even remotely true. Especially with New Yorks wild habitability laws in terms of maintenance timeliness. Once again just some moron lieing on the internet.
@howertonjosh Hey, then how come the word Christianity NEVER appears in the constitution? And how come the word religion only appears twice and is preceded both times by the word NO. Thoughts? (Im good on prayers)
Hey @GOPMajorityWhip how many times in the word religion in the constitution?
Its two btw. And both times its preceded by the word NO.
If the founders created a Christian nation, why isnt the word Christian in the constitution??
@stoolpresidente Hey dumb dumb, you keep rolling out rapist pedophile candidates, youre gonna keep getting smoked. Simple as that. Dont want us to vote for these folks? Provide a candidate who hasn't fucked little kids. Thanks.
@SicariiOfJudaea@VladTheInflator@mrddmia Lmao conquer us. Shut the absolute fuck up. If you think America is capable of being "conquered" youre as stupid as thay orange rapist fuck.
@theobjectivist As a property management executive I can tell you with absolute certainty this is inherently false. All of it.
Landlords budgets be damned. Habitability laws are in place for a reason. Whether the landlord has the funds or not is irrelevant and a nice mechanics lien goes hard.
