@iamtomskinner Sadly the only option is to evict her but there are loads of loopholes. You need a tenancy agreement and be able to prove you have given her copies of certain docs otherwise the courts will throw it out. She then has to stay until you get the bailiffs then council will help

1/2 My dad unfortunately collapsed and passed away at the Wolves game last Monday night, he had to be carried up stairs from his seat in block 123 to be able to have CPR performed on him, his watch went missing when he was moved and we desperately want it back..
