Spent the morning in the vineyard, pruning with our favorite crew! Pruning is an essential time in the vineyard to prepare for our 2021 (and 2022) harvest. Agustin is showing the team how he cuts each cane so it can grow and produce the best vine this summer.

2018 Heritage Merlot has bright acidity with elegant blueberry, black cherry and fresh herbs. Winemaker's dream of high quality and we produced some 100% varietal wines. Our Preservation Society Members got first access to this wine in their recent Winter Release.

First blending day of #2021. Our #winemaking team tasted through these mini bottles; exploring the different #vineyard blocks the grapes were harvested from and the slight variations in each barrel. Final blend goes into bottle soon... are you ready?

How cool are these Western Bluebird boxes? We have these spread across our 338 acres and have been occupied for about a year. They help us with insect pests hat threaten our vines - all part of our #organicfarming and #sustainablefarming
