@ldcoach Nah! We had insane stuff back then too. I recall being totally grossed out when Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton wore each other's blood around in necklaces. Stars crave attention. They do weird stuff to get it.

I use fun warm-ups to create community. Forever discontinuing "what is your spirit animal?" A student told the class she actually has a spirit animal, & they are an important part of her tribal tradition. Insta-gut check. Cultural appropriation seems innocuous until it doesn't.
