The same applies that a woman as a Doctor wouldn't have the same influence on a room that previous Doctors had, it's not an attack, it's an observation. @WilliamWho27 Ncuti's not a casting failure at all. I re-watched Boom and he's so amazing with that dialogue. If anything, it was Ncuti’s charisma that helped prop up Ruby’s and Belinda’s relationships with 15, which were otherwise so lacking.

@WilliamWho27 Years & Years and It's a Sin were so amazingly written, I was so excited to see what new ideas RTD would bring. RTD2 just seemed to have absolutely no vision at all going into it and as a result 15 just really suffers from the lack of characterisation and relationship-building
