@thewheelspinpod They automatically deleted the pole qualifying lap but because of the gravel trap and wet conditions, there’s no advantage to being outside limits before the start of his pole qualifying lap. So it was reinstated.
@thewheelspinpod The FIA has a regulation that if you’re out of track limits on the final corner, next lap is deleted, this was specified for Bahrain, but not for China. It’s because you can get a line advantage from being outside track limits on the last corner into the start of the next lap.
