My elderly mother is traveling alone and I can only imagine the trouble all elderly passengers must be going thru.
Everytime we book Air India we consistently experience poor performance!

The flight was delayed for 4.5 hours after having the passenger seated in the plane. By the looks of it, flight took off 6am in the morning.

Travelling with @airindiain AI191. Absolutely horrendous experience. Flight delayed from 1.30 am to 5 pm today. After boarding since 4.30 pm the flight is stranded at the airport till now. No signs of takeoff. pissed off passengers. Zero hospitality. Broken seats. Zero cleanlines
