@BandaiNamcoEU 2002. I was 7 yrs old, Blockbuster was still a thing, and we rented games every weekend. This November, I rented out Klonoa 2 on a whim because he looked like Sonic.

It was a deeply moving story that evolved from "It's okay to cry" to "Face your trauma properly" as I grew up.
