Incredibly frustrated dealing with @AirCanadaVac and @AirCanada. After more than 3 hours of phone time, issue still not resolved and impossible to reach costumer care!! Tired and fed up of getting the runaround!

@AirCanadaVac @AirCanada Trying toselect seats for flight to Lisbon. Given runaround, even called costumer care number provided by @AirCanadaVac and ended up with reservations dept who couldn't help. She transferred me back to same number again to reach costumer care! Prefer to discuss over phone
