⚠️CONTAMINATED DRUG ALERT⚠️

We have been made aware of a suspected contaminated batch of crack cocaine in the Midlands.

People have reported difference in colour, with it being yellowish and only having to use a very small amount before having seizures and being rendered unconscious and then breathing has stopped

Take extra care if you are a person who uses heroin in Streatham, South London.Two samples of heroin sent from there on 13/9 were found by https://t.co/4QL76tH3H6 to contain isotonitazene.This caused many deaths and also serious ODs in people who use heroin in Birmingham in July.
