Muslims in Nottingham were filmed confronting local Imam Musharraf Hussain for allegedly “hosting a Zionist at a mosque”.

The Bobbersmill Community Centre recently hosted Labour MP and former Middle East minister Hamish Falconer, who has been criticised for defending the government’s immoral stance on Gaza during his time in the role.

Following the viral confrontation, Musharraf released a statement claiming that he used the visit to challenge the MP on the government’s stance towards Gaza and Israel.

He also rubbished earlier false accusations that an “Israeli minister” had also been hosted at the centre, which prompted local Muslims initially to protest.

🚨 The Imran Khan Hospitalisation: Facts vs Click baits.

Let’s separate the legal facts from the sensation, clickbait and political theatre.

On 18 August, the Supreme Court directed that Imran Khan be shifted from Adiala Jail to Shifa International Hospital for medical assessment and treatment, with a multidisciplinary medical board and involvement of his personal physician.

The State was therefore under a constitutional obligation to implement the judicial order, not to negotiate it politically. And it did.

However, the subsequent security situation created around Shifa, including the mobilisation of PTI workers, fundamentally altered the operational calculus.

The government says that, because of the law-and-order/security situation around Shifa, Khan was instead taken to PIMS, where doctors from Al-Shifa were also present.

The venue changed because of a security consideration; the medical examination itself was not abandoned.

Imran Khan underwent a comprehensive examination, his sister was present, and the government says the medical board found him medically fit. He was subsequently returned to Adiala Jail at around 5 a.m. on 21 August.

The court made the decision. The State implemented it. The medical examination took place. The prisoner returned to jail. Everything beyond these facts is political narrative, not necessarily fact.

Never been a fan of conspiracy theories. Hence, I never talked about any deal or possible deals when the entire electronic and social media were buzzing with them.

The above are the facts on the ground, well-anchored in a very realistic approach…..
