@JustinTrudeau sir, I just want to know that if a student is traveling only after his/her course/program has started and not anytime before then how does the international students don't count towards essential travellers.

Canada already has a rule to not allow you to travel before 4weeks of start of your program. So reduce it to 1 week or the student is only allowed if he has already started his program.
Sir, our struggle is real , it's now affecting out healths please look into the issue.

Because of time difference it is very much affecting the main cause (Education) for which the students selected Canada. Please please please do consider some or other way which makes it possible for students to travel at the same time safe for the country.

Because the pre departure covid test also take minimum 48 hours and thus information regarding the ban from UAE to India is not really clear. I cannot find any dates regarding this thing on the travel restrictions check website.
