One item in my order was missing. Your CSR confirmed with the driver + restaurant that it wasn’t delivered and promised a replacement in 30–40 mins.

I trusted this and took no photos since it was already verified internally.

2 hours passed, no delivery.
When I contacted support again, you suddenly asked for photos—completely contradicting your own confirmation.
This is clear misrepresentation & negligence.
I also had my flight the next day, making this even more stressful.
