@ANI Article19(1)(d):
Right to move freely throughout the territory of India
Article19(1)(e):
Right to reside and settle in any territory of India
These are the rights guaranteed by the Indian Constitution.Cong Chief should once verify that are his statements in consonance with same?
This cockroach Janata party is the epitome of why the BJP wins. I have realised most internet folks have no fucking clue how politics really works. Real-life political work is a ball buster. Parties with real cadre have to bust their ballz on the streets. That is how they win. And giant sum of money is also involved.
Delhi | In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that the right to menstrual health and hygiene is part of the Right to Life guaranteed by Article 21 and the Right to Free and Compulsory Education guaranteed by Article 21 A of the Constitution.
Thus, it has directed that all schools in India, whether private or government, in both urban and rural areas, must provide free of cost biodegradable sanitary napkins of the highest safety and hygienic standards to girls.
A bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and R Mahadevan noted that all authorities shall also ensure the establishment of menstrual hygiene management facilities in schools.
The Court, in its ruling, also stated that directions with regard to the disposal of sanitary waste have also been issued by it, in its detailed judgement (yet to be uploaded on the website).
“Before parting with the issue, we want to say that this pronouncement is not just for stakeholders of the legal system. It is also meant for classrooms where girls hesitate to ask for help. It is for teachers who want to help but are not able to due to the lack of resources…Progress is measured by how we protect the vulnerable”, Justice Pardiwala observed before parting with the judgment.
#WATCH | Jamnagar, Gujarat | BJP MP Poonamben Maadam said, "Today is a very joyful day for Jamnagar district and Dwarka district. A very large facility will be provided to us in the coming days, subject to the cabinet's approval today. We had already received approval to double the railway line from Rajkot to Kanalus, and the work is progressing with full vigour... The approval for doubling from there (Kanalus) to Okha was pending, and the cabinet has approved it today. In the coming days, the work of doubling the railway line will be taken forward from Kanalus to Okha..." (26.11)
#ICSI on behalf of all its stakeholders extends gratitude to #MCA for acceding to its request for allowing the companies to complete their annual filing for F.Y. 2024-25 till 31 December 2025 without additional fees @MCA21India@nsitharaman@hdmalhotra
Anger over ‘go ask your Lord Vishnu’ won’t die down until there is genuine equality
Tell a Muslim petitioner to go ask Allah for relief instead of coming to court. Tell a Buddhist to appeal to Buddha. Tell a Christian to go pray to Jesus.
Asking for equality isn’t too much
Whether a Sikh journalist throwing shoe at P Chidambaram or an Iraqi journalist throwing shoe at George Bush, left-leaning folks have always found it an act of defiance. Ab casteist ya violent ho gaya?
An open letter to the CJI
Dear CJI Mr. Gavai,
Nothing, not even the CJI chair that you sit on gives you the right to mock my god (and the god of billion Hindus). You could've asked the petitioner to talk to ASI but instead you mocked him and his belief. The reason why people do not return the favour OR speak to you in the same language that you use is because a lot of us are cultured and all of us are scared that some zealot (could even be you) will file an SC/ST case against us and drag us from pillar to post. We do not have the same cushion and privilege as you do to pass such comments.
You sit on the CJI chair that is provided by the same constitution that is upheld by the people of this country. You mocking us is very unbecoming of you, the chair and the constitution!
Lord Vishnu will come to our rescue someday definitely. The prayer of a billion Hindus will never go in vain. Until then the least you can do is act like a CJI and be responsible with your comments.
No regards
Citizen of this country
