@AirIndiaX I was charged Rs 775 extra for my flight on 1 Dec at the check in counter. All calls to customer support were a waste. There has been no refund processed for this.

@AirIndiaX I didn’t select any seat. It was assigned to me during check in. It is your way of extorting money from customers by not allowing to check in unless we pay the extra seat fee charges which is obviously assigned during check in only. I will escalate this issue.
