The complaint filed by Ms. Mahua Moitra, MP, alleging misleading disclosures and potential violations of securities laws by Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) in relation to its July 24, 2026 stock-exchange filing rests on a fundamental misapplication of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and a conflation of distinct legal entities and distinct stages of corporate action.

1) The June 4 letter was written by Adani Airport Holdings (airport operator) to AAI. The July 24 stock-exchange filing was made by Adani Enterprises Limited (the listed company). LODR obligations apply to the listed entity, not every group company letter.

2) It is only a request for contractual waiver under the 2006 OMDA. It is a regulatory representation, not a Board decision, capital commitment, or firm plan by Adani Enterprises.

3) SEBI guidance is clear - exploratory steps, in-principle discussions, or regulatory representations that have not crystallised into final Board approval do not trigger disclosure. Only final decisions that meet materiality criteria need to be disclosed.

4) Adani Enterprises correctly stated that the Company is not evaluating any proposal to enter the airline business. Media speculation about the listed company was factually incorrect. The disclosure was precise and limited to the listed entity.

5) On July 29–30, Group CFO Jugeshinder Singh publicly stated that the letter was about supporting regional aviation connectivity and that AEL has no interest in the airline business.

Focus remains on airports.

6) As per MoCA’s parliamentary reply (10 August 2026), the waiver request has been received by AAI but has not yet been examined by the Ministry. No approval, no policy change, no action by the listed company.

There is no material event of Adani Enterprises that required disclosure. The complaint wrongly treats a group company’s regulatory letter as a disclosable decision of the listed company.

The July 24 filing fully complies with SEBI LODR.

Pls don’t mislead the public.

महुडी… प्राचीन काल में जिसे मधुपुरी कहा जाता था। लगभग 2000 साल पुरानी जैन धरती। यहां मुख्य रूप से छठे तीर्थंकर पद्मप्रभु भगवान विराजमान हैं। लेकिन इस तीर्थ की असली पहचान है घंटाकर्ण महावीर।

कहानी बड़ी गहरी है।

पूर्व जन्म में वे महabal नाम के राजा थे। तीर्थयात्रियों और निर्दोषों की रक्षा करते हुए डाकुओं से लड़ते हुए प्राण न्योछावर कर दिए। उसी पुण्य से वे घंटाकर्ण महावीर के रूप में प्रकट हुए 52 वीरों में से एक, रक्षक देवता। घंटी जैसे कान होने से नाम पड़ा घंटाकर्ण।

20वीं सदी में आचार्य बुद्धिसagar सूरी को उनका साक्षात्कार हुआ। उन्होंने यहां उनकी मूर्ति स्थापित की। तब से लाखों लोग यहां आकर शक्ति मांगते हैं। मुश्किल समय में रक्षक। सुखड़ी चढ़ाते हैं… और उसी परिसर में खाते हैं।

यही तीर्थ गौतम अदाणी को खींच लाया।

उन्होंने लिखा “सच्ची शक्ति भीतर से आती है।” आस्था के लिए कृतज्ञ। हर परीक्षा में मिली शक्ति के लिए कृतज्ञ। अहिंसा, आत्म-अनुशासन और करुणा का संदेश दोहराया।

ये सिर्फ दर्शन नहीं था। ये “सेवा ही साधना है” वाले जीवन का जीवंत रूप था। परिवार के साथ झुकना, कृतज्ञ होना, और याद दिलाना कि असली बल बाहर नहीं… अंदर होता है।
पर्युषण आने वाला है।

क्षमा, संयम और अंदर की सफाई का पर्व।

ऐसे समय में महुडी का ये दर्शन सिर्फ अदाणी परिवार का नहीं… हर श्रद्धालु के लिए एक याद है।

सच्ची शक्ति भीतर से आती है।
