Who'd have thought yoga delivered over the telephone could be so effective, @sense did. Physical activity, mental health and community delivered to groups over the phone, fantastic work.
In 2020 when we began adapting our software to help charities to reach older people, we thought it would just be temporary. It turns out we discovered a really effective way of facilitating social interaction, delivering stimulating content and reducing loneliness.
