Pollution has decreased DRAMATICALLY ever since strict policies were rolled out. Like, only being able to drive on alternate days (my cousin died because he couldnt be drove to a hospital). Then Covid hit and it disappeared altogether

China IS responsible for air pollution, but that is literally due to sand. Its not manmade, as insinuated. Korea is also fossil-fuel reliant so they share the blame too.
