@mcneany_matthew Our tort kept trying to climb into the fireplace (old gas one). We'd turn our backs for two minutes and all of a suddenly his body was gone and his little legs were dangling down from inside it. It was never turned on. We ended up building a tortoise wall to keep him out.

Playing Growing Together & so far I'm loving it. Only glitch I've noticed is with grandparents staying over. Only one of them came & he won't use his sleeping bag. He just sleeps in the hot tub or on the sofa, but it's funny so I don't mind #TheSims4

I signed up for some additional funding and some mentoring from a very successful man. I got that, but I honestly value the relationships I've built most of all. I got a little family out of it #MikeDavies #UniversityOfSunderland

Ready to talk about this week. It was my annual trip to London to see Mike Davies for the mentoring part of my scholarship. He showed myself and my fellow Mike Davies Scholars so many incredible things in such a short space of time. As always, he was supportive and constructive.

I think over the past year I've really gotten closer to everyone involved in this scholarship: the development team, art department, my fellow scholars, and Mike Davies and Lis (his incredible wife) and I feel so blessed.

My work has these peer-nominated awards with some gift vouchers and other physical prizes. Woke up to find this. I didn't expect to win anything, but honestly what an amazing category to win in. I couldn't be happier with this ❤️

@erin_simmer Honestly I think interacting with people is hard in the new year, it's a stressful time so I personally withdraw and don't interact with content/channels as much as I would at any other time of year. That's probably it. It's not you, it's just a rough time of year.

@AutisticCallum_ I'm sort of the opposite? I say it a lot, but genuinely mean it every single time. I don't ever want someone to forget that they're loved. Especially since in my life being told I'm loved has been withheld in relationships and only given out as a reward for good behaviour.

@LBC @RichardSpurr He threw up so much that it was found his stomach lining had ruptured due to the trauma and he'd lost a lot of blood. We need more funding for the NHS. We need better working conditions for staff, including having sufficient staff hired so people aren't overworked.

@LBC @RichardSpurr That's pretty fast compared to my experience. Friend was throwing up blood and struggling to breathe. We waited 4 hours for an ambulance. We're instructed to go to local job centre and get a defibrillator in case we had to resuscitate him before the ambulance arrived.

@simmysprinkles Raise them until they're old enough to go to university. I send them off to university accommodation with some starter money and pay their tuition fees and then hope that they'll figure the rest out on their own.
