On Monday she asked what we remembered about our favorite /most impactful teachers. It's sinking in today (sometimes I need some time)...
My most impactful teachers
-let me keep my sweatshirt on all day because Dad left for a business trip and hugged me in it (first grade)
@ErikReed Age isn't always everything. Sometimes, the journey God has for us doesn't care so much about present body or age. He sure can use events, people, and a soft heart to do pretty amazing things. If He gave Golliath over to David; He can give you a marathon. His will, His win.
Every summer this beautiful little rose bush blooms. I think it's probably 5 or 6 years old?! It's not a huge bush but it's mighty strong and always reminds me of the amazing students I get to teach. Thank you @tel71384 for the wonderful gift ❤️
@Joe_Sanfelippo@andreagribble@fccrickets If that doesn't tell someone they are right where they are supposed to be, fighting for what is needed, and doing exactly what they are called to do, I don't know what would!
GIVEAWAY: Like, RT or comment with your favorite memory of @BoroWrestling1. One winner will be chosen Monday to win this Boro gift basket. Help spread the word about our campaign for new wrestling equipment for the Fighting Scots.➡️ https://t.co/jhYQCpCGfY
LEADERS! There will ALWAYS be people who judge schools without knowing anything about schools. It can be annoying but when you CHASE THE SMILES instead of the fly you forget why the fly is there and REMEMBER WHY YOU ARE.

@mr_Alsheimer@johellriegelMCS You won't regret being closer to your family. Thank you for sharing your passion for teaching kids and still being a parent at the same time!
@tel71384 @MrsTomassetti All the credit goes to you and her for working through the tough stuff!!! My experience with her has helped so many others too!! ❤❤
@DrP_Principal I'm currently an elementary Autistic Support teacher (2nd year) after teaching regular education for 7 years, and 1 year at an alt Ed location. I'd love to help your students out!
@MissGracePinto Partner work; one does even one does odd then checking each other's builds communication, movement, and no one has to do the whole thing.
@MissGracePinto Every classroom you teach in, observe in, and pass through will give you the chance to see things you agree with and want to do & things you don't. It's okay to learn both about yourself! Learn and grow and love the kids!! Congrats & enjoy it!
PE wants to thank @mikaylasvoice for their gifts! We are so excited to read our new books and continue to work together to make sure all students are included and feel important! @POMountiesPOASD
@AshleyMN2014 @jwagner1006 See...you definitely showed me and I just didn't check my notifications 🙈 You're the best!!! I'm looking forward to reading it!
I can FINALLY announce that FISH IN A TREE will be a movie! AND I’m going to make an appearance on film; that will be wild!
LOVE the script; the characters have remained who they are in the book.
I’m not allowed to release studio or actor details yet but that is coming! 🎥 🍿
@DrP_Principal Your first year is the hardest. YOUR first year was crazy hard in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. You made it; probably better than you realize. Remember why you chose this, breathe deep, and know it's not always going to be like this. You've got this!!!!
@jennlovetoteach You'll love it! I taught 4th ELA for 2 years (from 1st too); by far the best books I read to my groups which captivated all of us:
@itspeterbrown Wild Robot series (both books are exceptional especially for story elements and character development
@LynMullalyHunt Fish in a Tree
