@ZARA completely untrained rude staff who are not willing to help or hurry themselves to provide good customer service I am disgusted!

@ZARA then I took it upon myself to go to the till and complain I was told another 5 minutes, I continued to wait another 20 minutes as I wanted the top. I am still standing here waiting now!!!!

@ZARA no staff member asked me if I was okay, I re-asked the original staff member who put her hand up to me as she answered the phone which she then proceeded to stay on for 45 minutes wandering around and laughing with other colleagues.

@ZARA Barcelona Las Ramblas Zara, I have received the worst customer service ever. A woman wearing a tan jacket and flared leg jeans on the 25/03/19 in the store has to be the worst staff member you have- I asked for a blouse from the stock room and waited for 45 minutes,
