Trucker protest defence lawyer bats a HOME RUN:

Lawrence Greenspon pointed out that of the crown's 12 victim impact statements, only 3 actually mention the name of Tamara Lich and Chris Barber.

Two of the institutional reports included as impact included figures about thousands of bylaw tickets and daily arrests from January, and the judge agreed the court has no evidence of that. The court has the evidence it has.

At least one has NO name or signature attached to it. Several were directly prepared back in 2022 for the +$300 million civil class action against the Convoy organizers and then "copy and pasted" (my words) by the crown.

Greenspon pointed out all residents and businesses in the "Red Zone" are potentially members of the suit. Seems like a major conflict of interest to me!
