@united’s service is the industry’s worst. Today at AVL I arrived at 10:30am for an 11:40am flight and still missed it because no one was there to check my bag. Despite a time stamped photo of me at the counter I was told by United personnel that I was lying about my arrival time

@united Yes, I was rebooked for a flight tonight. Airport customer service, another passenger who also missed her flight, the personnel from another airlines all said no one had been at the counter, & they certainly weren’t the hour I was waiting. It was not me that was lying.
