MegaTAO Beta Update

With exactly two months behind us since launching MegaTAO on February 10, we are concluding the beta period for the platform. This stage has been invaluable in refining our protocol design and stress-testing our infrastructure under live conditions. Most importantly, it has validated our core conviction on the market opportunity for DeFi on Bittensor.

During the beta phase, MegaTAO achieved:

Nearly 600 TAO in total value locked (TVL)

Nearly 2,500 TAO in cumulative trading volume from a broad set of users

Deep engagement from a rapidly growing base of active users and contributors.

Over the coming days, we will pause protocol activity and distribute all outstanding margin balances to users. This step ensures a clean transition and prepares the system for our next phase of development.

So why are we stopping? We're not!

In the coming months, we will shift into full launch mode with MegaTAO V1, focusing on expanded platform features, airtight security layers, and institutional-grade scalability and performance.

Many thanks to the community, partners, and contributors who supported us in this beta period. We look forward to sharing more updates as MegaTAO progresses toward its next major milestone.
