@loveholidays@holidaySupport_@donatretif We are currently talking to Hena, a manager from the Amendment Team. Nothing is being resolved. We are going in circles. This is complete mistreatment and a failure of service.
Dear @donatretif we have until the 5th April to resolve our booking issue with Love Holidays. CS has been non-existent, unproductive and disrespectful. At risk of losing a 3k holiday. BA themselves said if the flights are released we can rebook through them. Running out of time.
@loveholidays@holidaySupport_@donatretif@CMccavert We first contacted on the 19th March - zero helpful response. Have chased daily, messaged and phoned. It is now 2nd April - new quoted flights are beyond expensive. We want full attention and action.
@holidaySupport_@loveholidays Our original flight is in 10 days - this is urgent. We will have to pursue legal action if we are not able to speak to someone.
@holidaySupport_@loveholidays We are still waiting for a formal and clear response. We are going in circles with a customer service team who repeatedly put us on hold and promise to call us back. The issue is still not resolved and we expect to hear from a manager. Urgent.
We escalated with CS to speak to a manager last week. We phoned again yesterday (Tues) at 2pm, we were told to wait 24 hours and we would receive a call. We haven’t. We have sat on hold for another 30 minutes with CS and have just been told to wait another 24 hours.
@holidaySupport_@loveholidays Please help - Koh Samui holiday in 12 days but lack of customer support/attention we have not be able to amend our booking. Running out of time and worried we’ll lose the entire holiday. Urgent post 1
