@RebowMarek Hi Marek. Erythromycin would be commonly supplied in Malawi due to low cost. I made sure to include that in my research along with a range of different class antibiotics. It's important to note these samples were taken before any antibiotic treatment were given to the patients.

@MaryDeasy16 There is a chance the distribution would be different. While my focus is on children, I've noticed in a lot of papers it's referring to pneumonia in older people, mainly down to weaker immune systems I would say. The same could be said here, with all patients being very young.
