June is Men’s Mental Health Month & we have some shout-outs.

A society & culture that says men can’t feel, or cry, or struggle with their mental health is a society that creates shame and perpetuates harm.

What we know:
💙 Less than half of men experiencing depression and anxiety get the support they need.
💙 Men are less likely to ask for help, causing their challenges to go largely undiagnosed and unknown.
💙 Every year, men are significantly more likely to die by suicide than women.

It’s Men’s Mental Health Month, and if you’re struggling in any way, please ask for help. Your healing and your life are more important than any shame or stigma that may come your way.
